Linda, Owner & Stylist

The very talented Linda is part owner of Zulu Hair Design and has 29 years of experience in the industry. She enjoys creating and customizing cuts and colors to compliment each individual client. She especially enjoys building friendships and having lots of laughs with customers and co-workers.
Zulu co-owner Jody

Jody, Owner & Stylist

Zulu’s creative, highly skilled Jody  has been in the industry for 25 years. She enjoys the continuous learning process and the ongoing challenge that comes with being a stylist. However, nothing compares to the relationships she has built with her clients over the last 25 years.

 

Marlise, Stylist

She is a Red Seal Journeyman Stylist with 15 years experience and loves all aspects of working in the beauty industry, Her passion is doing tape in extensions, and enjoys using her creativity when doing colors, cuts and especially styles. Stylist Tanya

Tanya, Stylist

Tanya is our laid back, easy going stylist of 18 years. She enjoys meeting people and hearing their stories. Tanya loves coloring, cutting and styling hair. She looks forward to digging deeper into her own creativity to apply it to the industry.  Tanya recommends Kevin Murphy Smooth Again with the Young Again Oil to her clients because it smells great and leaves hair soft, smooth and shiny while adding body with soft, natural control. Hayley, Stylist

You may recognize Hayley from when she was the Zulu shampoo-girl! She has always had a passion for people and creativity which is what led her back to hair. Hayley is a Red Seal stylist at Zulu and has a love for specialty blondes, styling and up-do work. She is excited to be behind the chair and get to know you! Ig:hayley.zuluhair

Dawn, Stylist

Dawn has always had a passion for hair! She enjoys updos & colours, but her favorite part is the daily interaction with fantastic clients! she loves that the hair industry is always growing & changing, and all the opportunities it provides for education, & connecting with clients. Deanne, Stylist

Deanne was born in Newfoundland where she became a hair stylist. After a few stops along the way, she landed in Leduc with her family. She has 24 years of experience and after all these years she still has a passion for hair and finds her job very rewarding. Deanne suggests Davines Structuring Mist to her clients because of its versatility. It can be used to set hot rollers, during styling to create volume and body, and it can be used to create the perfect finished style.

Paula, Stylist

Paula has been apart of our Zulu team since May of 2021 and has been a stylist for the last 7+ years! Her passion is definitely coloring, whether it's a solid, shiny brunette to a dimensional blonde beauty! Paula loves learning new techniques and chatting with every client in her chair, and it reflects in her work and relationships she has with her clients. She is a Licensed/Red Seal Stylist, and also offers eyebrow & lip waxing as well as eyebrow tinting! Paula is looking forward to seeing new and familiar faces in her chair!
